These terms govern access to and use of xtrustify.com, including the free risk exposure assessment. By using this site, you accept these terms.
2. Nature of the free assessment
The free assessment is a self-evaluation informational tool based on the answers provided by the user. It does not constitute a certified compliance audit or legal opinion, and does not replace the evaluation of a certified ISO 27001 auditor or equivalent. Results and financial impact estimates shown are indicative and non-binding.
3. Accuracy of information
Assessment results depend entirely on the accuracy of the answers provided by the user. Xtrustify does not independently verify these answers before presenting the result.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, assessment methodology, scoring system, design, and the Xtrustify brand — is the property of Ciberai Unipessoal Lda (Portuguese NIF 517433060) and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written authorization.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xtrustify is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the free assessment result, nor for indirect damages arising from use of the site. Paid services are subject to a specific proposal and agreement between the parties.
6. Paid services
The services described on the site (Full Assessment, Governance & Compliance Advisory, vCISO, Business Continuity & Incident Response Planning) are subject to a dedicated commercial proposal, with scope, timeline, and conditions defined case by case.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Leiria, Portugal.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated periodically without individual prior notice. The last update date is shown at the top of this page.
